Project Overview:
Join an EPC Project for the construction of a Carbon Capture Project in Rotterdam.
The Site Subcontracts Manager will be part of the our client Site Management Team, which is based at the Porthos project site during the construction phase and until the completion of the works. Objectives and Deliverables The Site Subcontracts Manager will oversee the contractual and commercial management of construction subcontracts, including but not limited to:

The Site Subcontracts Manager will be part of the our client Site Management Team, which is based at the Porthos project site during the construction phase and until the completion of the works. Objectives and Deliverables The Site Subcontracts Manager will oversee the contractual and commercial management of construction subcontracts, including but not limited to:
- Subcontract Scope:
- Civil Works
- Mechanical Works: Piping installation, steel structure erection, equipment installation, insulation, and painting
- Electrical & Instrumentation Works
- Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage claims and ensure dispute avoidance
- Maintain comprehensive correspondence records and hold weekly meetings with subcontractors
- Evaluate, negotiate, and formalize Change Orders (extra work or modifications)
- Provide cost reporting for site-related expenses
- Measure progress weekly and approve monthly progress payments
- Track quantities and coordinate re-measurements as needed
- Oversee subcontract closeouts, including as-built quantity validation
