NES Fircroft is looking for Sourcing & Contracts Specialist. The Contracts Specialist is responsible for developing, negotiating, administering, and monitoring supplier contracts to ensure optimal value, compliance, and risk mitigation. This role supports strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, vendor performance evaluation, and spend analysis, contributing to organizational efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Contract Management:
- Negotiate, establish, and administer contracts and procurement proposals in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor supplier performance to identify compliance issues, risks, and areas requiring amendments or corrective actions.
- Ensure contract compliance and resolve disputes or claims promptly.
- Draft, review, and manage RFPs, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Maintain accurate records (hard and soft copies) and notify stakeholders of upcoming contract expiration dates.
- Maintain a centralized repository of active contracts in SCCC SharePoint, ensuring timely updates and accurate record-keeping.
- Proactively track contract expiration dates and initiate renewal or termination processes.
- Generate and analyze contract reports, providing regular updates and actionable insights.
- Initiate and upload contract price lists to SCCC for transparency and monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
- Address claims or disputes during contract execution and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Follow standardized policies and procedures to maintain operational consistency.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Regularly evaluate vendor performance and negotiate terms to improve service quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in vendor onboarding and evaluation processes to align with organizational standards.
5. Contract Spend Analysis:
- Support spend analysis for contractual items to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
- Prepare reports summarizing contract performance, spend, and value-added opportunities.
- Support the supply chain contractual invoice process, including validation and routing for approval submissions.
- Assist in sourcing activities to meet organizational targets and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to align contracts with organizational goals.
- Conduct regular audits of contract management processes to identify and implement improvements.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of contract law, procurement principles, and risk management practices.
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management systems and reporting tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines effectively.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Oil & Gas (Mandatory).
- CCMP certified (Mandatory).
