Qualification:  

 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Building Services  Chartered Engineer / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is desirable Skills:  

 Proficiency in use of design software such as Carrier E20, Hevacomp and  

Knowledgeable in drafting software such as AUTOCAD. Experience:  

 A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Building Services (HVAC,  

Plumbing and Drainage), engineering and layout of utility networks, Onshore/Offshore Oil  

and Gas installations, with end user Company or Consultant/Contractor.  

 Experience in construction, commissioning and start-up activities.  

 Strong technical, planning, communication, presentation and reporting skills.  

 Experienced to work in multi discipline/cultural environment.  

 Experienced to resolve technical challenges related to Mechanical Building Services and  

adjacent discipline issues.  

 Ability to prioritise and conclude multiple tasks in a timely manner to meet scheduled  

deadlines alongside unscheduled urgent activities.  

 Ability to coordinate with and promote teamwork amongst stakeholders, co-workers and  

external organisations.
