Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree from Engineering: Electrical, Civil, Industry, Environmental, Planology, Management Engineering.
  • Having more than 5 years of experience as Project Manager in EPC related to Electrical and Civil project.
  • Having advance understanding for Microsoft Project.
  • Understand the EPC flow process and SOP. 

Responsibility
  • Review and verify the overarching project management plans provided by the Project Manager (PM).
  •  Ensure that each activity plan aligns with the project's overall objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  •  Monitor day-to-day project management plans provided by PM to ensure alignment with project goals and identify areas for improvement or intervention.
  •  Exhibit a deep understanding of the project contracts, work methods, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards relevant to Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.
  •  Ensure that all work carried out is in strict compliance with the terms and conditions of the project contract.
  •  Address any discrepancies or issues related to contract adherence, working proactively to resolve them.
  •  Ensuring the implementation of work in accordance with the project contract
  •  Regularly review project deliverables, timelines, and costs to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  •  Address any deviations from the contract promptly, coordinating necessary changes or corrective actions.
  •  Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, both internal and external. Facilitate regular meetings and updates to keep all parties informed of project progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
  •  Implement robust monitoring systems to track project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs), including timelines, budgets, supply chain management, and manpower utilization.
  • Generate regular reports detailing project status, highlighting any potential risks, issues, or opportunities for improvement.
  •  Provide strategic recommendations based on project data and trends to ensure the timely and successful completion of all projects under your oversight.
