NES Fircroft is partnered with a world leader in mining who is seeking an experienced experienced (Mobile equipment/ Fixed Plant) Subject Matter Experts for an initial 6-month contract position in. The role will be responsible for assisting tactics and strategy development for (Mobile equipment/ Fixed Plant) assets. role is offered on an initial 6 Month basis working full time hours, with the opportunity to extend.

About the role
Main job responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Undertake strategy development, that includes resourcing, parts and materials, special tooling and equipment to complete all maintenance tasks.
- Review asset criticality, complete review workshops and propose asset criticality
- Review OEM master data, engineering designs and other information to establish equipment details and maintenance requirements.
- Review existing maintenance strategy and update for new models of equipment
- Gain endorsement of maintenance proposals from relevant owners
- Support planning and master data personnel to develop maintenance requirements
About You
As the successful candidate you will possess the following:
- Trade with Minimum 7-10 years recent, relevant industry experience
- Thorough understanding of equipment maintenance requirements
- Ability to perform measured and accurate work across all depth levels, from high level assessments to detailed equipment specific analysis
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- A team-focused approach with strong communication skills
- Previous experience in mining industry
