We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager for our client based in Szczecin, zachodniopomorskie voivodeship. This key role is vital in ensuring that supplier quality meets company standards and exceeds customer expectations. The position blends technical expertise with strategic leadership and overseeing a team of Supplier Quality Engineers.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and managing a team of Supplier Quality Assurance Engineers to achieve best performance.
  • Establishing and developing best practices for Supplier Quality Assurance and ensuring compliance among suppliers.
  • Promoting continuous improvement within the team by encouraging and implementing proposals for changes to current procurement processes.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to create and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to suppliers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
  • Essential knowledge of statistics, quality control, manufacturing processes, and project management. A degree in these fields provides a solid theoretical foundation applicable throughout your career.
  • Proven experience in leading a Supplier Quality Team.
  • In-depth understanding of ISO9001.
  • Establishing and maintaining SOPs and WIs related to Supplier Quality.
  • Experience with Standard Quality Tools.
  • Fluent in English. 
Nice to have:
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification from an accredited institution
  • Knowledge of ISO13485 standards
  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 13485
