We are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (electronics) for our client located in Szczecin, zachodniopomorskie voivodeship. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of the products or services provided by a company’s suppliers with responsibilities spanning across various areas, including Quality Control, Supplier Management, Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and Risk Management.

Responsibilities:
  • Active collaboration with Suppliers, responsible for electronics components. 
  • Setting quality standards for raw materials, components, and services.
  • Performing supplier audits to assess their quality standards and capabilities.
  • Tracking and evaluating supplier performance against established quality metrics.
  • Pinpointing areas for supply chain improvement and implementing process and system enhancements, such as reducing waste, improving delivery times, increasing product quality, and cutting costs.
  • Identifying and mitigating supplier-related risks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
  • Knowledge of statistics, quality control, manufacturing processes, and project management is essential. 
  • Extensive experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Electronics Printed Circuit Board Assembly.
  • In-depth knowledge about ISO9001.
  • Certified Auditor
  • Experience in working with Standard Quality Tools
  • Fluent English
Nice to have:
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
  • Knowledge about ISO13485 standards
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification from an accredited institution
