TAR Document Controller

Duration: 22 to 24 months
Location: Clinton, IA (Local candidates preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Document Management:
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems, including drawing files.
  • Support development and maintenance of planning data and turnaround package data.
  • Maintain turnaround scope change data (appeals system).
  • Reproduce and distribute planning data.
  • Maintain and update the Turnaround SharePoint Site.
  • Collect and organize documents for post-turnaround archiving.
Reporting:
  • Generate standard weekly and monthly reports.
 Project Support:
  • Support Turnaround Project Controls, including time entry and change order logs.
Office Management:
  • Maintain office equipment (copier, printer, fax, etc.) and manage office supplies and vending machines.
  • Set up new personnel with office equipment and manage office space.
  • Manage procurement card (P-card) statement reporting and approvals.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • SAP experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Additional Notes:
  • Overtime will be required leading up to and during the turnaround event scheduled for Q2/Q3 2026.
  • Candidates local to Clinton preferred.
