Job Purpose
To expand market and developing water/wastewater related EPC, BOT and SES projects outside Luzon. This candidate must have strong communication skills. He/She should be able to think critically when maki ng plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor projects outside Luzon with Supervision of the BD Director

Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor projects outside Luzon with Supervision of the BD Director
- Work closely with BD Director in presenting the project to the management
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand market in Luzon
- Maintain existing business and generate more leads
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Gathering and updating information of prospect partners.
- Ensuring all necessary information should be in the database for easier.
- Making list of the competitors
- Gather all information of the competitor
- Updating information of the database according to Projects, capacity, partner, budget, contract price, execution performance, etc.
- Working closely with BD Director to strategically which project to follow.
- Ensuring the updated data for proper monitoring of the project.
- Gathering more information like competition, budget, partner etc
- Preparing weekly report to the BD Director.
- Preparing monthly reimbursement, liquidation due to the company.
- Compiling Documents from Partners, Clients and Consultants
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related
- 5-8 years' experience of technical sales or business development in water/wastewater treatment sector
- At least 2 big successful water-related PPP or BOT Projects and a small project, with involvement from conceptual stage up to contract signature and aftersales.
- Knowledgeable in preparing solicited and unsolicited offers.
- Experience in marketing new products and services to the market is an advantage (e.g., Smart Solutions).
- Strong network in the water/wastewater treatment sector.
- Willing to accept frequent travel
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
