NES Fircroft is seeking for T&I Manager for several upcoming projects in offshore Oil & Gas industry in Southeast Asia.
Job Descriptions:
- Develop project implementation plans to ensure quality; ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance; develop and manage project schedules to meet client deadlines; and control project costs within the allocated budget.
- Identify tasks to be performed in-house, estimate costs, propose partners, joint venture structures, subcontractor plans, and vendor engagement strategies; ensure project execution within budget using both internal and external resources.
- Establish a project management documentation system to ensure efficient and timely execution that meets project standards.
- Manage and take primary responsibility for the technical evaluation ofproject execution plans, ensuring feasibility, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assign tasks, communicate, troubleshoot, disseminate information, coordinate activities between the company and the client, manage internal interfaces among project team members and the project management team with other company departments and other parties (subcontractors,regulatory bodies).
- Liaise with clients, partners, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies to address project issues effectively, safeguarding the company'sinterests.
- Effectively manage allocated project resources (personnel, equipment, marine vessels).
- Establish a reporting system, including weekly and monthly reports, andorganize regular meetings as required by the project and uppermanagement.
- Risk Management: Utilize tools to identify, assess, and mitigate risks/opportunities; exploit and evaluate opportunities; promptly address incidents to prevent project delays.
- Change Management: Develop contingency plans and manage changes effectively to ensure project schedule and quality are maintained.
- Project Documentation Management: Collect data, maintain records, andsubmit project status reports; expedite project closeout documentation from all parties, including materials and equipment reports upon project completion.
- Plan and organize networking events to cultivate relationships withclients, partners, and within the project team
Job Requirements:
- 10 to 15 years of experience working in offshore construction comprise of not limited:
- Topside and jacket transportation and installation;
- Nearshore pipeline shore-pull and laying.
- Offshore infield pipeline installation.
- FSO installation.
- Sub-sea tie-in spool and PLEM, SSTS installation.
- Pre-commissioning.
- De-commissioning.
- Experience in managing interfaces with clients, subcontractors, andvendors.
- Strong understanding of bidding procedures for EPCI and T&I projects in the offshore oil and gas sector.
- Familiarity with international technical standards related to steel fabrication, welding, coating, marine construction, and vessel stability.
- Knowledge of marine vessels and related equipment, especially for T&I operations.
- Basic understanding of logistics and import/export procedures.
- Basic understanding of economic-technical norms in manufacturing and installation.
- Experience in developing technical specifications for service contracts to support construction activities and evaluating the technical aspects of bidders' proposals.
- Proficiency in planning, progress reporting, presenting design solutions, and mobilizing resources for projects.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
