Woodside Energy are seeking a Timesheet Analyst to review and analyse employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This will be a 6 month contract with potential to extend.
About the Function
To be successful in this role, you will need demonstrated experience in an accounting / finance / bookkeeping capacity.
Accounting qualifications are not mandatory, although you may be studying towards an accounting qualification or professional certification. A working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP is of benefit.
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:

About the Function
- Enable the business to achieve strategic goals while ensuring appropriate safeguards are in place
- Provide data-based insights and analytical guidance to drive improvement
- Ensure our shareholders’ capital is allocated in a way that generates optimal value.
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide feedback to common issues with timesheet for improving the process.
- Assist in improvement projects with timesheet and time writing.
- Ensure work is compliant with all statutory requirements, including tax, SOX and audit compliance and Woodside Code of Conduct; and
