Job Overview:
  • Responsible for prepping materials and tools for machine operations related to the production of downhole tools parts.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily tooling per production schedule.
  • Monitor tooling usage for storage, inspections, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate inspections with the Quality department.
  • Track inventory and request replacement parts as needed.
  • Assist Technicians with machine operations as needed.
  • Heavy lifting may be required and standing for a long period.
  • Documents and records data in assigned work area.
  • Ensure all PPE (personal protection equipment) is used.
  • May require frequent lifting from 25-50 lbs.
Education:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related experience or training
Experience:
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Must have a safety and quality mindset.
  • Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and good organizational skills.
  • Familiar with practices and procedures in a manufacturing facility.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and blueprints.
  • Ability to maintain a good working relationship with others.
Skills:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic math skills that include add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Computer skills; Microsoft Word and Excel
