Turnaround Conex Coordinator

Duties

• Assist Contractor with Blind IT and LOTO prior to walkdown with Operations to ensure locked off to correct location per work scope
• Assist with managing Sign in/Sign out process to include the Blind IT scanner
• Ensure Contractor has what is needed for LOTO and are in compliance with site policy (Group Lock tags, etc.)
• Verify with Contractor that the correct paperwork is present and for the area they are in, especially in cluster areas
• Assist Contractors with the Revalidation requirement of the permit and share that with Operations prior to walkdowns
• Collect Gas Test results and ensure up to date prior to start of shift for Contractors
• Reach out to the TAR Control of Work Advisors when unclear on LOTO or permitting
