NES Fircroft are currently recruiting for Visa Coordinator for our client, a multinational company with various subsidiaries. This is a permanent role based in Perth CBD.

Experience and Knowledge
- Proven work experience as a visa coordinator or visa processing officer.
- Proven experience in administration processes preferably with previous visa processing experience.
- Good personal and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines.
- Organizational & time management skills.
- Good computer literacy, knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook (Legend, Maximiser or LEAP
- MM knowledge an advantage).
- Experience with electronic file management.
- Working on Immi portal & knowledge of Skilled visa immigration and PR Client Service.
- Adhering to Company procedures & ownership of the cases with minimal supervision.
- Follow company processes and utilize company systems and tools to process client visa applications directed by Registered Migration Agents.
- Conduct new file creation, checklist creation and saving electronic documents.
- Drafting and setting up templates to issue to clients for further actions.
- Record client details in LEAP, visa tracking sheets and other required areas in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Assisting Registered Migration Agents in case management by updating them on outstanding matters and ensuring file progression.
- Checking ongoing applications via an electronic system, reviewing DHA processing times, prompting follow-ups, lodging, and loading applications.
- As a member of your team, work proactively to assist Registered Migration Agents and other Visa Coordinators in their workload as required.
- Liaison with clients and DHA were requested on behalf of the Registered Migration Agent, ensuring information is passed on to the Registered Migration Agent (no migration advice to be provided to the client during discussions).
- Assist RMAs in their research to progress the process of an application e.g., Salary benchmarking etc.
- Monitor and Review visa deadlines and ensure the responsible RMA is aware.
- Always Maintaining the clients’ core values.
- Other administrative duties as directed from time to time to assist in the overall PGS Group office services.

Education/Certificates Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field. A master’s degree in any field or relevant certifications is an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a visa coordinator or visa processing officer in administration and office experience in visa processing or a relevant field.
