Position Overview: The organization is seeking a Work Planner / Project Coordinator to join a technical program team focused on preparing and optimizing infrastructure projects that support the energy transition. You will be part of a collaborative environment that values structure, innovation, and effective execution across various multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and requesting necessary resources and third-party services

  • Managing procurement requests and purchase orders (SAP)

  • Maintaining and coordinating resource and availability planning (VNB-planning)

  • Participating actively in project meetings with internal and external stakeholders

  • Following up on action points and stakeholder agreements

  • Supporting project reporting (project management, finance, and contract management)

  • Monitoring project progress and documenting deviations

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum MBO+ or HBO level education (technical background)

  • At least 3 years of experience in work preparation on complex technical or infrastructure projects (preferably with an electrical component)

  • Experience in the energy sector and/or with high-voltage (HV) projects preferred

  • SAP experience is mandatory

  • Fluent in Dutch (excellent) and English (good)

Conditions:

  • Location: Arnhem (mandatory onsite presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays; hybrid working possible other days)

  • Hours: Full-time (likely 32–40 hours/week)

  • Freelance / ZZP available.
