The client was new to Kuwait and sought to gain vital knowledge of the hiring process in this region. They anticipated that they would need to hire multiple expatriates, and required guidance in determining which nationalities they were able to hire.
In unfamiliar terrain, the client did not know where to start and relied upon the expertise of NES Fircroft to build the foundation of their hiring strategy.

With a local office in Ahmadi, we educated the client through providing first-hand experience and expert advice on realistic timelines, the legislation involved, and where to concentrate their recruitment drive.
We were involved from a very early stage in the hiring process, which meant we were able to inform the client of prospective challenges and explain how we would mitigate and overcome them.
