For shorter term pieces of work, we can provide visas up to 12 months in a cost effective and time efficient way. We have utilised this solution for over 100+ contractors across Australia, ensuring project deadlines are met with smooth mobilisation and demobilisations. We manage all contractor logistics such as transport, accommodation, medicals and in-country orientation. Our comprehensive contractor management means that companies can concentrate on the business at hand.

Whilst contractor numbers in Australia have fallen on a national level, our dedicated retained search teams have helped clients to secure permanent hires and close their skills gaps through leveraging our local, national, and international talent networks.

NES Fircroft holds a robust HSE programme which ensures that working environments and fitness for work requirements are adhered to. The safety of our contractors is of paramount importance and that is why the requirements under this system are audited monthly. This ensures that our contractors' safety is not compromised and that businesses remain compliant.

We must also ensure our contractors meet and maintain fitness for work requirements. Our new starters are audited once a month to ensure these assessments are not only being completed, but are completed correctly. Any non-compliance must be rectified immediately. By completing this requirement, the business aligns to the Work Health and Safety Act.
