The Client's Hiring Challenge
The client’s headquarters, senior management and HR teams are located in China and the USA, but they wanted to hire in Australasia, at significant volume.
Not only was the new geography unfamiliar, the large staffing increase meant that the client sought to take their candidate search to an international level, bringing with it the prospect of complex logistical challenges in relation to employees’ immigration and compliance requirements.
