The Women in Energy Global Study examines women's advancement and the challenges they face within the energy sector. As the industry experiences significant growth and transformation, the contributions of its workforce play a crucial role. We invite you to share your insights through the multiple-choice survey led by NES Fircroft and Energy Jobline.

In its sixth edition, the report aims to deliver detailed insights for employers and the broader industry regarding the status and perspectives of women in the global energy sector for 2025. It will delve into:

• Key insights on how evolving industry dynamics and work arrangements influence careers, job roles, and work/home life balance
• Factors that drive women to stay in or pursue careers in the energy sector, reasons for leaving, and what benefits/incentives matter most
• Clear data on employees’ perceptions of their companies' commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
• Challenges facing the energy industry, including the talent gap and whether a skills-based approach is the best way forward
• Perspectives on AI in the workplace including current use and future implementation

This year’s survey is conducted in collaboration with POWERful Women and ALLY Energy. The results are scheduled to be released as a FREE report in the second quarter of 2025.
