Jayne started her career as a maintenance engineer on an FPSO before progressing through a global petrochemicals organisation to become Principal of Instrumentation, Alarm Management and Automation.

We continue our discussion, reflecting on Jayne's biggest career highlights and achievements, how the industry has changed, and how AI and other advancements mean there are still plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.

Jayne also provides her insights into how to succeed in the industry, and we continue her story since taking a career break, assessing her priorities, and moving on to the next chapter.

Following a career break, Jayne now works as a consultant, mentor, and advisor to major petroleum companies and those working within them.
